Everett, WA, USA - Beha-Amprobe® launches the updated AM-500-EUR Auto-ranging Digital Multimeter Series with two new advanced models for HVAC and industrial applications. The Amprobe AM-500-EUR Series features six affordable DMMs with models for any application: residential/do-it-yourself, light commercial, HVAC, electrical, and industrial.

The rugged AM-500-EUR Series ranges from the AM-500-EUR model, a CAT III 600V DMM designed for everyday residential projects that require safety and ease of use, to the new advanced AM-540-EUR HVAC and true-rms AM-550-EUR industrial CAT IV 600V / CAT III 1000V models that measure AC and DC voltage to 1000V, AC and DC current to 10A, and resistance to 60 MOhms. The AM-540-EUR and AM-550-EUR models also feature dual thermocouples for taking differential temperature measurements, a low impedance function to detect stray voltage, and a low pass filter to accurately take measurements on variable frequency drives.

Rounding out the DMM series are the AM-510-EUR for light commercial use, the AM-520-EUR for HVAC, and the true-rms AM-530-EUR for electrical applications. The AM-510-EUR through AM-550-EUR models feature VolTect™ non-contact voltage detection, and backlit displays and built-in flashlights for working in dimly lit environments.
